The real trains and railway systems of this world are what inspires modellers. For some, it's the chance occasional moment of seeing a train pass by, for others it's a more systematic habit of going trackside. Mostly, though, it's about seeking out the atmosphere which makes railways so unique and fascinating to reproduce in model form.
